The X Factor Live Show Week 7 - The Round Up

And then there were six!! Movies week! Woo!! Last night, the X Factor took a trip to the movies and provide us with some interesting performances. Bring on the glamour, the gowns and the glitz (and yet another very bizarre dance number from Mr Dermot O'Leary and the women in gold catsuits) as the finalists performed some familiar tracks from iconic movies. But who was a huge box office smash and worthy of an Oscar and who was just a bargain basement, straight-to-DVD flop and was worthy of a Razzie?

  • Craig took to the stage singing arguably the worst Bond theme ever, License to Kill. I do agree with Louis I have to say - as much as I love Craig  and he really DOES have a fantastic singing voice, this song did NOT do him any justice whatsoever and made him seem very outdated.
  • As much as I love Marcus I think he is beginning to turn into a poor man's Bruno Mars. They are beginning to take it WAY too far with the quiff, the bold suits and even the dancing.
  • Amelia completely blew everyone away with a number from Bridget Jones' Diary and proved to be a true contender in the competition.
  • Janet had a massive improvement from last week's bore-fest when she sang Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer from She's All That and the song well and truly seemed to suit her really well.
  • Little Mix (slightly) stripped down last night when they sang En Vogue's Don't Let Go and really killed it (in a good way I mean!) but I would like to see them stripped don even more without all of the gimmicks!
  • Misha also brought the house down with another top performance which provided further evidence as to why she does not deserve to be in the bottom two!!! Her vulnerability really came through and she showed true emotion which made the performance even more powerful!!
